**Full Job Description**

Our Client is the UK's biggest end-to-end commercial vehicle fleet management business managing and maintaining a fleet of 80,000 vehicles across 65 garages.

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Workshop Administrator** to join their Customer Operations Team on permanent, working Monday - Friday 40 hours a week.

As a **Workshop Administrator,** you’ll play a part in keeping some of the UK’s biggest brands on the road, responsible for ensuring the most efficient and highest possible standard of customer service and depot administration procedures.

**What you’ll do**
- Provide outstanding customer service through face to face, phone and general administration support and filing
- Resolve where possible customer queries when necessary bring to the attention of the Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager/Contact Centre Manager
- Job cards to be raised on the correctly Inc. PO, customer authorization etc. Raise service sheets on workshop and any other relevant paperwork required
- Place orders on Sage as needed and liaise with supplier’s chase invoices and keep accruals to a minimum
- Ensure all vehicle Accident Report Forms are completed correctly and submitted.

**What you’ve got**
- Intermediate IT Skills, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and experience of using other specialist in-house programmes
- Previous administration experience within the Automotive industry
- Full UK Drivers’ licence advantageous

**Salary**: £19,451.25-£20,300.00 per hour

Work Location: One location
