We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join a rapidly growing, family-run SME based in Shrewsbury. As a Marketing Assistant your role will be to help execute exciting future plans.
Key duties and responsibilities....
- Working with the Head of Marketing you will help develop and implement engaging design for a variety of campaigns
- Manage CRM including lead generation & nurturing campaign development
- Own & develop content calendar
- Manage website utilising backend CMS
- Management of all website and social channels content updates
- Management of Social Media channels (LinkedIn and YouTube): Enter, create, curate, post, and monitor content in line with marketing objectives and sales target accounts
- Performance monitoring and analysis of Social Media Channels, Websites, and competitive set. Manage KPIs, measure ROI and propose short vs. long term actions
- Engage in social listening to identify and report on trends within the care industry

**Requirements**:

- Experience in B2B marketing
- A passion for marketing with the confidence to bring ideas to the table
- Proactive approach and strong willingness to learn with an eye for detail
- Enjoy collaborative working and a strong team spirit
- Creative flair
- Content writing experience
- Interest in photography would add value
- Working to deadlines

**Hours**: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
