Field Service Representative

You will be a positive, pro-active and solutions-driven service professional with customer facing experience (or from a similar, field service background), looking for a role with a broad scope and a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Post sale, youwill be the direct point of contact for many customers. You need to be able to communicate effectively in varied settings and either resolve issues personally or co-ordinate responses with colleagues as necessary. As well as being highly personable, you willhave a clearly visible customer orientated mindset. **Job Title: Field Service Representative**
**Reports to: Operations Manager**
**Package: c£25k Salary (negotiable, depending upon experience) + car & benefits**
**Location: NE England plus travel**
**Key Deliverables**:
- Instal standard measurement devices in new client locations (training provided) to client contract terms
- Manage the installation process, reporting and liaising closely with colleagues
- Lead project activity relating to client pilot projects
- Act as initial point of contact for customer service support, solving problems and minor technical enquiries
- Maintain quality logs and carry out QC checks as part of sales support to clients
- Train and co-ordinate third party contractors and clients in product operation
- Self-reliant, organised customer service professional with a strong service ethic
- Field-based operations or customer service experience, ideally in relevant sectors (e.g. Facilities, Construction or Security)
- Hands on, enjoys taking ownership of customer service issues
- Pragmatic and client-focused mindset
- Structured and organised - can demonstrate experience managing administrative processes
- IT-literate (MS Office + Google Drive)
- Agile-mindset - flexible and embraces a variety of tasks. Is versatile and flexible in meeting priorities
