I am recruiting for a great multi-brand business, reporting to and working closely with the Head of Digital you will be responsible for sustaining growth and driving their brands forward.

Leading the Ecommerce team you will take responsibility for:

- Day to day management of 5 brand sites (2 brands to be launched)
- Merchandising key pages to maximise our opportunity to see ranges, collections and products as well as maximising our opportunity to sell
- Monitoring inventory to ensure key selling lines have accessible stock maximising our opportunity to sell, including pre order management
- Management of the content team including CRM, SEO and social content.
- Ownership of strategy projects aligned to branding, growth and automation which impact eCommerce channels
- Supporting other departments with strategy projects where eCommerce plays a role
- Managing suppliers to develop the eCommerce roadmap of our brand sites focused on growing our CR% and revenue
- Review apps, functionality of the site and ensure all working correctly or working with app support teams to fix or develop products that meet our needs
- Working closely with logistics, operations and customer service teams to adapt our plans, comms or site to ensure customer experience is optimised
- Influence the marketing teams with onsite best practise and obsessing over the customer journey and experience
- Competitor monitoring and tracking to ensure we continue to lead the way
- A proven track record of growing brands profitably
- Experience in working with both DTC channels as well as 3rd party retail stores
- Familiar with Shopify - other platforms an advantage
- A strong stakeholder manager (internal and external)
- Commercially focused with a flair for branding
