**Customer Booking Agent - Contact Centre**:
**Evening shift**:
**Quorum Business Park, Newcastle, NE12 8BU**:
**Salary**:£9.44 per hour + uncapped commission**:
**Working Hours**: 30 hours per week (paid for 35)**:
**Shift Pattern**: Monday - Friday 4pm - 10pm (paid from 3pm as an incentive) **WEEKENDS OFF**:
**Holidays**:29 days plus bank holidays increases to 31 days plus bank holidays after 1 years’ service**:

**Some of the key responsibilities of a Customer Booking Agent are**:

- **Managing inbound and outbound calls and booking free consultation appointments**:

- ** Creating prospects and recording data in the system**:

- ** Responding to pre-sale customer queries as well as supporting internally about the products/services we offer**:

- ** Liaising internally with various departments to finalize the booking process as well as contracts**:
