**Purpose of Job**

To ensure the cost-effective delivery of transport on all orders, including modular buildings, site accommodation and containers ensuring that customers receive their orders in an efficient and timely manner. To provide a high level of customer service, reinforcing the ‘Cleveland Can’ attitude and problem-solving mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To book transport for shipping containers, modular buildings, and anti-vandal (AV) unit orders through liaising with hauliers effectively, overseeing deliveries, and rectifying any problems that arise.
- To liaise with customers on estimated arrival times (ETAs), advising customers on delivery dates and answering any queries they may have.
- To ensure the haulage partners used are safe, reliable, and have the correct accreditations to carry out deliveries for Cleveland.
- To carry out assigned jobs from the transport inbox, ensuring you understand what you need to do and that the job is dealt with efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- To liaise with the Sales team when there are updates and amendments to orders, ensuring that the Sales Executive is aware of the impact of these changes.
- To adopt a positive flexible attitude and take pride in completing work to the highest standard.

**Key Results Areas/Objectives**
To manage the transport-booking process for customers, ensuring they have a great customer experience and remain informed on their orders.To resolve any issues that arise with the delivery of orders, across the range of Cleveland products, working tirelessly for the customer and communicating directly with hauliers and the Sales and Hire teams to rectify these issues.
