Job Description: Care Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
You will be caring for people living with dementia, helping them enjoy a really good quality of life, in a wonderful 3 acre setting of gardens. Supporting them with all the activities of daily living, whilst making friendships that will add meaning to their lives and yours. No two days will ever be the same, but you will always have a supportive team to guide you.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is not required
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Ability to pass a background check

Part-time hours: 24 -49 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
