Senior Care Assistant

**Royal Court Care Home, Hoyland**

**Our Home is 40 bed Residential Care Home for elderly people, rated Good for Caring by CQC and has 5 star rating for food hygiene.**

We have a lovely friendly team and family atmosphere.

We are looking for an equally caring individual to come and join our team as Senior Care Assistant.

The shifts are:
07.00-19.00 x 3 per week, total of 36 hours/week, with alternate weekends.

**There will also be a requirement to do share of night cover as Senior.**

**£10.80 /hour**

The role:

- supporting people with all aspects of personal care
- administering medication
- updating and writing care plans and risk assessments
- responsible for overseeing the running of the shift

About you:

- you will have a passion for caring for people
- some previous experience in a Care environment
- minimum of NVQ2
