**Job description**
Medsolve are recruiting for Support workers and Care workers to join our team immediately. We need strong, dedicated individuals with a passion to provide the best medical care to our service users and residents in our homes within the Newton Aycliffe area.
**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:
- 6 months experience as a care assistant or support worker
- Experience in moving and handling
- Enhanced DBS Updated (if not, we can provide this for you)
- Dedication to provide a duty of care
- Driving license (preferred but not essential)

**THE ROLE OF A CARE WORKER**:
- Working with a wide variety of service users ranging from young adults to elderly, with different needs like mental health, challenging behaviour, learning difficulties, dementia, and disabilities.
- This is an extremely rewarding opportunity to work in a care home or supported living residence within a well-established team to support service users with a wide range of requirements.
- Providing personal care and assisting them with their daily routine, such as bathing, dressing. Assistant with meals and feeding duties essential, no medication administration required. Lots of teamwork & support provided.
- Working as part of a team to ensuring the highest standards of care are provided 24/7
- May involve working on a 1-1 basis.
- 12hour shift.
