** The EPMO Administrator role**
As an Enterprise Project Management Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and maintaining schedules for project and/or programme and/or portfolio activities and events, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements
- Consolidating and documenting the fundamental components of projects and/or programmes and/or portfolios (scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities and issues, and quality requirements)
- Establishing and maintaining governance arrangements for the delivery of projects and/or programmes and/or portfolios, defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities, that align with organisational practice
- Support the wider Innovation and Improvement Team administration
**Your profile**
You'll ideally have experience in the following areas;
- Prior roles as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
- Solid organisation and time-management skills
- Preparing and maintaining definitions of the requirements of project, programmes or portfolios
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedules
- Developing and agreeing budgets for projects and controlling forecast and actual costs against them
- Coordinating and controlling finances of projects as a means of driving performance
- Establishing and managing reviews during and after projects, informing their governance by providing evaluations of progress, methodologies and continuing relevance
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Trello or Microsoft Project)
- BSc in Business Administration or related field
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
