**Job Title**: Therapy Support Worker/Support Worker

**Location**: Carlton, Nottingham

**Salary**: £16.00 per hour

**Hours**: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 15:00-20:00 and Saturday 10:00-18:00

**DUTIES**:
Your duties will include:

- Assisting with activities of daily living.
- Picking up from school.
- Using public transport.
- Accompanying to social events/activities.
- Providing carry over of therapy programmes.
- Working alongside therapists.
- Helping to reach their goals.
- Support with some personal care.
- Support client in his home environment.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
**Qualifications**:
NVQ level 2 or equivalent or care certificate or willing to complete the care certificate.

**Experience**:

- Professional and reliable.
- Experience of working with children with cerebral palsy.
- Working within a family environment.

**Special Requirements**:

- Car driver essential.
- Male support worker required.
