Pharmacy Faculty Workforce Project Lead

The Pharmacy Faculty Workforce Lead is a new role in Herefordshire and Worcestershire to support the exciting development and implementation of our trailblazing ICS Pharmacy Faculty and associated identified workforce planning & development strategy and delivery plan.
The role is funded through Health Education England (HEE) as part of a Midlands region initiative to develop a Pharmacy Faculty network and the post holder will link into other ICS Pharmacy Workforce leads to assist in the production of our strategy.
You will be an experienced pharmacy professional able to bring together the needs and wants of all pharmacy sectors, national and local priorities, and taking into consideration the existing and planned training and education support available via HEE. You will also have knowledge and experience of pharmacy processes across hospital, primary care, and community pharmacy and be able to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders with differing agendas.
This post will be hosted by the ICB on behalf of ICS partners but there will be flexibility in the location of the post holders base within the ICS.
