**The Role**:
**Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)**:

- In depth credit analysis and assessment of funding requests
- Negotiating terms (security/pricing)
- In life management and restructuring of credit facilities
- Supporting the sales and management teams

**Role requirements**:

- Experience of lending in, and a broad understanding of the UK SME market
- Strong understanding and ability to interpret financial accounts, bank statements and credit bureau reports.
- Analytical and methodical thinking, with a natural ability to be curious
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
- The ability to provide constructive challenge to our lending decisions, policies, and procedures where appropriate, to ensure the customer remains at the heart of what we do
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management
