**Full Job Description**

MBA are excited to be working with a best-in-class insurance company, assisting their search for a talented **Claims Co-Ordinator.** The client is an industry heavyweight with a reputation for client centric claims management, technical innovation and leadership.

**The Claims Co-Ordinator will be responsible for**:

- Handling FNOL Calls and dealing with Policy Holders day to day
- Setting up claims from initial contact and minding the internal claims portals
- Demonstrating high levels of Integrity, Client Focus, Professionalism and Teamwork
- Act as a Client Relationship advocate

**The Claims Co-Ordinator will need to have**:

- Good understanding of industry
- Proven experience in insurance claims environment
- Excel/Word/Powerpoint capability
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven service delivery and meeting client expectations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,650.00 per year

**Benefits**:
