**Job Title**: Van Driver / Maintenance Person

**Location**:Poole, Dorset

**Salary**: £10.25 per hour & 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

**Job type**:Full Time

**Hours**:10am to 3pm but more at busier times.

Quay Living, the residential letting and sales arm of Quay Holidays, was established in 2010 and has grown to manage 200 residentialunits with a successful track-record in residential sales. We are RICS Regulated and ARLA registered. We care about our clients and consistently aim to ensure our owners, tenants and holiday guests enjoy the highest levels of customer service.

**The Role**

Must be fit and able, delivering linen crates to properties throughout the area.
- The successful applicant will be organised, personable and able to handle a variety of residential maintenance issues to a good standard.
- The role requires some flexibility on hours / days worked. Working 5 days per week (every Saturday and every other Sunday in summer and every other weekend in winter) with days off in the week.
- A friendly, 'can-do' approach is a must, with the ability to complete tasks promptly and professionally.
