**The Role**
- Leading the team in their role and required duties
- Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene within the home
- Supervision of your team and actively encourage their development
- Understand residents needs and ensure these are being met
- Ensure the laundry of residents clothing is to the highest standard
- Attend resident/relative meetings
- Rota and Budget Management

Our beautiful new care home The Wickets will be opening in Southampton, providing the highest standard of care for residents will be at the heart of what we do.

Our team will work in a luxury, purpose-built home in warm and welcoming surroundings. As part of our friendly team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your career and the support to go far. We truly believe that every one of us makes a difference.

We'll provide short term and permanent residential, nursing and dementia care with fantastic facilities for residents, including our own coffee shop and hair salon, as well as a cinema room and lovely landscaped gardens.
