A vacancy has arisen for a Logistics Operator to join our team in Plymouth. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Opportunity.

**In this role, primary responsibilities will include**:

- Checking and confirming physical stock received is correct to invoice
- Receipt, move, issue and maintain material onto an ERP system
- Movement of material throughout the plant, from Goods In to Manufacturing
- Move and re-locate stock as required in Stores
- Prepare material and issue to manufacturing
- Receive Finished Goods and locate in stores
- Prepare and Pack finished goods for dispatch to the customer
- Prepare shipping and export paperwork for dispatch of finished goods
- Complete Courier requests, for all shipments
- Assist in Stock Cycle counting

**Secondary responsibilities**:

- Preparing items for consignment through the reverse supply chain.
- Collating inputs for metrics/reports.
- Preparing documents and information using Microsoft Office packages.
- Assist the team make efficiencies and develop change as required.
- Prior experience of working in a logistics environment, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, good organisational skills and experience of using IT, including Microsoft office databases and ERP (preferably SAP).
- A good academic background, with a desired knowledge of end to end logistics in manufacturing.
- A good communicator who is highly motivated and a diligent member of a diverse team, with the ability to think logically to solve problems.
