**PURPOSE OF ROLE**:
To provide a professional level of HR advice and support to TSS (Total Security Services) Ltd. The roles will work on a project designed to address ER issues within the organisation. The role will hold ER related meetings with employees and will follow process and track process and outcomes.

**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The role will hold ER related meetings with employees. These may include investigations; disciplinary; appeals; grievances and other ER related meetings.
- To provide support, guidance and advice to Managers in relation to all HR matters when required and ensure outcome work is progressed as necessary and within agreed timeframes;
- To reflect and enforce across the organisation “best practice” at all times, in line with ACAS guidelines and most recent employment legislation;
- To ensure that guidance from the legal team is sought and adhered to;
- To devise, deliver and assist in delivering training modules where required.
- To attend, as necessary Employment Tribunals to represent TSS;
- To deal with all queries raised by Officers, expediently, compassionately and efficiently;
- Support HR colleagues in devising and implementing projects and initiatives which positively add value to both our business and employees;
- To attend meetings as necessary, representing the HR Function.

- To ensure you follow the correct reporting procedure with regards to safety within the workplace and report anything that is not safe.
- To not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything that is provided in the interest of health and safety.

**FURTHER INFORMATION**:

- Hybrid working available, office location Highams Park.
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Salary £32,000 per annum.
