**What you’ll do**
- Prepare and review the global open order report with focus on constrained items supply and customer specific critical supply for your allocated GSA accounts
- Partner with the Global Account Executive and global go-to person for fulfilment and lead time requests and escalations from the customer and internal customer facing teams
- Proactively communicate changes that impact the customer at global level and ensure internal alignment both globally and with regional Account Managers and Customer Service teams
- Work with Global Account Executive and Business Analysts to build relevant dashboards to support GSA operations, drive automation and self-service
- Drive process improvements with customer, commercial and Customer Service following existing portfolio/governance procedures
- Support monitoring and trending of performance (OTIF, constraints) at global level; support Quarterly Business Reviews with Customer and Supplier Relationship Management on operational topics (orders, disputes, cases)
