Hendra Holiday Park is a 5* Cornish family holiday park located in Newquay.

**The Role**

Your role as an Accommodation/Housekeeping Supervisor will be to check that all allocated units of accommodation have been cleaned to the high standards expected of a multi award winning 5 Star holiday park. You will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaners to deliver accommodation to the specification set by the company within the allotted time of a changeover, reporting any maintenance or inventory issues identified. You will work as part of a team but will ultimately be responsible for making sure that your allocated accommodation meets our customer’s expectations by delivering the perfect caravans and lodges.

Follow procedure for lost property, keys, security, linen and stock.

Be prepared to assist with any other duties that might be needed and support back office processes once checking duties are completed.

No customer interactions will be required.

**Who we are looking for**:
Ideally you will have very good attention to detail, great interpersonal skills, be able to listen and communicate effectively with other staff members and enjoy working as part of a team.

You will be quality oriented in your work and motivated to produce excellent standards, issuing constructive advice where necessary and maintaining good working relationships. You will have a flexible attitude and approach to your work.

Although experience is preferred it is not necessary, with training included and equipment provided.
