Dignus Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our growing IT team based at our head office in Walsall.

The Application Support Specialist will participate in several deliverables:

- Ensure user adoption
- Provide systems training
- Create knowledge articles and videos
- Manage supplier relationships and perform regular service reviews
- Understand reporting capability and create reports where necessary

**Core Applications**:

- Camascope
- Nourish Care Planning software
- People Planner
- Atlas

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure user adoption is high
- Contribute to knowledgebase on SharePoint
- Compliance - Ensuring all products are patched up to date, in support and secure in line with supplier recommendations
- Participate in change/implementation planning
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Contribute to Application Risk Register
- Represent Dignus at Service Reviews.
- Help to improve support processes identifying gaps and problems.
