**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Take briefings and understand the required outcome and goals of a project.
- Collaborate with and take direction from the Head of Creative Direction on all projects.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing and design projects.
- Oversee design projects from conception to delivery.
- Design original content and design, including digital and print.
- Refine images, fonts and layouts.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
- Increase user friendliness in digital products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
- Supplying the Head of Creative Services with all necessary reporting and regular updates related to design.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of project road maps, and ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.

**Essential**
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
- Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to completion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various media, including print, digital, and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite - specifically Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
- Knowledge of pre-press and print production processes.
- Ability to generate original ideas and concepts.
- Strong visual storytelling skills.
- High attention to detail
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Desirable**
- Prior experience in working in the Vape industry.
- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Knowledge of UX & UI principles.
