- Lead the team of early years educators with a hands on approach
- Model and monitor best practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Work closely with your team to create a shared vision of the room
- Supervise, support, and allocate tasks and duties to your team
- Support with new starter inductions, welcoming them to the team
- Performance management when required through supervisions and one to one meeting’s
- Deputise in the absence of Senior Management
