**Job Description**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced carer to further progress their career path, or a health care professional looking for a change in career. With guaranteed hours and plenty of favorable circumstances to increase your earning potential.

Field Care Supervisors will spend the majority of their working time in the community carrying out their primary functions, but their role will also entail a certain amount of office-based administrative work. Community based work will be mainly within Poole and the surrounding areas.

As a Field Care Supervisor /CAREGiver with Home Instead you will be responsible for the ongoing support of both our team of CAREGivers and our Clients, ensuring that we are delivering high-quality care and living up to our excellent reputation in the community.

You will be confident in building strong relationships; listening to and acting upon CAREGiver feedback regarding Clients, and liaising with both the CAREGivers and families about the Client care.

Other duties include:

- Providing hands on expertise in the delivery of high-quality care into the community
- Conducting Client and CAREGiver introductions
- Maintaining regular contact with CAREGivers
- Maintaining regular contact and building relationships with our Clients
- Care Certificate Training and Support
- Being an integral part of the Office team
- Be part of the out of hours support team

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications

The Senior Carer role would suit someone with a friendly and caring approach; who has previous care experience or a Team Leader but not essential

NVQ 2 and/or 3 desirable

The ability to work daytime, evening and alternate weekends

Full driving licence and have full use of a car

The right to work in the UK
