£70k - £80k basic + £5k car allowance + bonus up to 20% + private healthcare and more

Hybrid working with only 1 day in the office every fortnight

We are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious brand with a fantastic reputation.The Payroll, Shared Service & Reward Lead will ideally have experience of working in a shared services environment, and will own the development and implementation ofthe overall pay and reward strategy across the business including leading the reward systems implementation and process optimisation, supporting the annual pay processes and the development of the existing reward and benefits scheme, which supports both attractingand retaining talent.

**Payroll**
- Maintain oversight of Pension and Payroll operation and ensure reward and benefits policies are aligned with HMRC regulations
- Evaluate and select outsourced payroll vendors. Provide oversight to outsourced payroll provision
- Lead the effective operation of the payroll function ensuring that all relevant payroll deadlines are met
- Ensure the reconciliation of payroll in order to report accurately to HMRC and pensions providers
- Through the team, ensure relevant audits and completed, exception reports are investigated and any issues resolved
- Ensure the team provide expert and accurate pay and benefits advice to staff including advising on the appropriate legislation and associated policies and procedures on issues of pay, tax, national insurance, pension and other voluntary deductions
- Ensure the completion of all statutory returns and legislative requirements

**Reward & Benefits**
- Define, communicate, manage benefits proposition
- Develop and lead the implementation of related policies and procedures and systems to support the growth of the business and delivery of People strategies
- Provide expert advice to the leadership and annual remuneration processes ensuring the processes are fair and equitable and in line with the reward strategy.
- Provide oversight of the business approach to job evaluation to maintain consistency and fairness and assess appropriate methodologies.
- Ensure regular benchmarking and market related pay research is undertaken when necessary to enable the business to remain competitive and an employer of choice.
- Act as a key point of contact for our pension and health insurance providers and ensuring offering is fit for purpose for all staff

**Experience required**
- Ability to analyse, develop, communicate and implement strategy
- Solid reward experience of designing innovative approaches to employee reward which aligns with business goals
- Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong organisational skills, project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Advanced data analytic skills
- Experiences in leading the systems implementation
