As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and experienced **Hard Landscaper** to join our talented team.

**The Role**:
As an experienced Hard Landscaper you will lead and coordinate a team of skilled staff to deliver high-quality soft and hard landscaping projects throughout the year. You will play a pivotal role in organising, planning and executing a wide range of landscaping projects, ensuring that each one meets our exacting standards and client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and managing a skilled team to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Overseeing the day-to-day planning and organisation of landscaping works.
- Collaborating closely with clients to bring their landscaping visions to life.
- Ensuring all projects are complete on time, within budgets and to the highest of standards.
- Managing tools, equipment and plant to maintain operational efficiency.
- Upholding health and safety regulations across all projects.

**About You**:
**Essential Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Comprehensive knowledge of landscape construction, including tools, equipment, and plant.
- Proven experience in supervising and managing teams.
- A strategic mindset with a drive for professional growth.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
