**Are you an Administrator/PA seeking a new role within a Technical/Design environment?**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator (PMO Support) to provide comprehensive administrative support to the architecture team, to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively.

- Manage, monitor and report on team workload/distribution and capacity
Manage scheduling and attendance at architectural meetings, recording actions
- Devise appropriate metrics to determine success or challenges within the team
- Liaise with other parts of the business to ensure team capacity is sufficient
- Assist with the recruitment of all team members and contractors

- Experience of recording actions, ensuring completion of work
- Experience of working closely with senior stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Employment**: Full-time
**Location**: Remote with occasional travel
**Security Clearance Level**: You must be eligible and willing to undergo the SC & NPPV security clearance
