**PLEASE NOTE-**

**Hours of work Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm, although you will need to be flexible.**

**The Role**

You will be responsible for and manage our social media platforms. You will be required to create engaging content in line with our brand and target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- To produce, distribute and schedule compelling social content across relevant digital platforms
- Content writing, editing, and proof-reading of social copy
- Develop and run social campaigns and competitions, in both conception and delivery in support of the wider social team
- Ensure you produce consistent brand messaging across various social media channels with correct tone of voice for each brand
- Manage facebook and Instagram paid advertising.
- Monitor competitor social media pages and keep up to date with trends and influencers
- Suggest improvements to influence the overall planning of marketing strategies and help drive social media objectives
- Customer engagement: Responding to direct enquiries and feedback
- Social Media engagement: Following, commenting, liking and resharing posts where relevant
- Manage our marketing agencies. Analyse reports and attend meetings.
- Create engaging newsletters using our newsletter builder.
- Create relevant blogs that are engaging and cover relevant SEO requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Motivated and hungry for success
- Passionate about fitness
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of gym equipment (desirable)

Experience
- At least 1 year’s worth of social media / marketing experience.

**Job Type**: Full time - 12 Months Contract (maternity cover)

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
