An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Programme & Project Co-ordinator to join the Welsh Blood Service’s Innovation & Improvement Hub (iHub). The role is based at the Talbot Green Headquarters and will require you to work in a flexible manner to provide support to a broad range of projects.
The Programme and Project Co-ordinator will play a crucial role supporting and providing high quality organisational, project administration to the WBS Innovation & Improvement Hub (iHub). Under the direction of the Project Support Manager, the Programme and Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring the effective co-ordination of a range of projects that support the work of the WBS (iHub).
The post holder will support and provide day-to-day monitoring to facilitate the successful planning and delivery of work programmes across all service areas within WBS. Importantly this will include administration of the project files and to help ensure that projects remain on track to produce the required outcomes, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
