An incredible opportunity has opened up for an experienced, rotational, Russian and English-speaking Head Housekeeper to lead a team of Housekeepers for an UHNW Family in London. We are looking for a well-polished, hard-working and organised individual toensure the smooth running of the team and household operations. You will be responsible for the overall training and supervision of the duties conducted by the team. This role will require collaboration with the House Manager for placing orders, as well as coordinating duties and schedules with other members of staff. The client is looking for a proactive individual with a "can-do" attitude, able to self-manage and work independently when required. This is a busy household, so it requires a flexible team player, able to show initiative and complete tasks to the highestof standards. Duties to include but not limited to: - Supervising the general cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, changing beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen - Training and supervising of housekeeping team - Principal’s wardrobe management: Inventory, cleaning, and packing - Welcoming guests, including table service and accommodation assistance - Management of all household floristry - Outstanding ironing skills - Ad-hoc duties as required Essential criteria: - Excellent command of Russian and English - At least 3 years' relevant continuous experience in a similar position - Organised and meticulous - Completes tasks to the highest of standards - Eligibility to work in the UK - Flexibility with hours and duties - Trustworthy and reliable - Excellent checkable references **Salary**: competitive, depending on your experience **Location**: Central London. **Hours**: Flexible If you are interested in finding out more, please send: - Your CV - A cover letter
