**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail.
- Provide information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience.
- Upsell additional items to maximise sales opportunities.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure all guests are attended to promptly.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is essential.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately are required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours.
- A background in culinary arts or food preparation can be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition are essential for providing outstanding guest services.

Pay: £13.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
