Major Healthcare, a rapidly growing division of Major Recruitment (est. 1992) are a national leading health and social care agency specialising in the provision of professional temporary and permanent staff.

Due to consistent growth we are opening our brand new office in Sunderland and require a Team Leader to help set up the new branch. Tasked with developing new business and servicing existing clients you will lead a small team of recruiters and a resourcer. You will have a passion for recruitment and experience within the Health and Social Care sector.

**Main duties include**:

- Develop new business opportunities through a proactive approach
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with existing clients
- Motivating the team to gain the highest possible outcomes whilst adhering to Major Recruitment’s compliance standards
- Interacting with temporary workers on a consistent basis to ensure high levels of worker satisfaction
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the Health and Social Care sector in order to maximise potential opportunities

**Person Specification**:

- Previous experience within Health and Social Care Recruitment with a proven track record of growth and exceeding targets
- Ability to drive high sales activity levels
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build effective working relationships
- Have high levels of attention to detail
- Be able to work to deadlines
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A willingness for development and career progression

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
