**Job Title**:Warehouse Operative

**Location**:Range Road, Witney
**Salary**:£22’000 - plus overtime & company bonus
(dependent on overall sales performance)

**Position**:Permanent
**Hours**:39.5 hours per week. 8.00am - 5.00pm Mon
- thurs (4.30 pm Friday)
with 1hr breaks per day. Overtime paid at time and a half above contracted weekly hours.

**Holidays**:24 days per annum plus Bank Holidays.

**Main Duties**

Picking of product for despatch

Manoeuvring of stock, goods in and goods out

Packing of goods and processing through the online despatch systems Checking company procedures to ensure stock is packed accurately

Other warehouse duties to include maintaining a clean and safe working environment Assembly of components

Regular Stock Taking

Flexibility to meet deadlines will be expected with some early starts and later finishes in the busy periods Van deliveries

Tools and Equipment Used
Fork lifts, order pickers, other lifting equipment, compressor and associated tools, PPE, racking, company van, PC, Internet, Exchequer accounts package, Excel, Word, Outlook, telephone, fax.

Up to date Counter Balance/Reach & Order Picker FLT license with certificates would be beneficial.

Time keeping & reliability is essential

Attention to detail

Previous picking experience

Ability to work under time pressure to daily deadlines Hard working - with a focused “Can-do” attitude Good work ethic

Team Player

Overtime will be available & may be required Driving License

Assembly skills - advantageous Good communication skills
