Experienced Building Surveyor

An experienced Building Surveyor is needed to help support an already established and successful team, based in the London head office.
As the new Building Surveyor, you will be joining a Rights of Light, Party Wall and Building Consultancy specialist practice, where you'll have the opportunity to work on a range of their projects across the commercial, residential, education, mixed useand industrial sectors.
The successful Building Surveyor will have previous experience within a consultancy environment, carrying out professional services and helping manage clients and junior staff members.
**The Building Surveyor**
- MRICS (Preferable but not essential)
- RICS accredited degree
- 3+ years' experience within a consultancy environment
- Professional services bias but mixed experience
- Previous experience in managing junior individuals
- Ambitious and wanting to progress professionally
- Articulate and confident communicator - Good client management
**In return?**
- £45,000 - £55,000 (Negotiable)
