We are now on the lookout for a **Project & Accounts Supervisor **to join our growing team. This is a unique and newly created role that will oversee the company management of our sports and entertainment clients, preparing corporate client accounts and supporting on project & transaction services.

As we continue to grow, the department will continue to grow alongside us. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual eager to develop their current skillset whilst also being given the relevant tools to successfully progress into management in the future

What your day to day will look like:

- Supervising a portfolio of sports and media clients
- Supervising the bookkeeping, invoice raising for contractual income and ad-hoc appearances, credit control and VAT returning for the client base
- Providing support on project and transaction services; including preparing cash flow forecasts and business plans to support with business planning, finance raising or transaction support.
- Collating due diligence information and managing data transfers and any further enquiries
- Directly liaising with clients to collate and prepare necessary information to support with MBOs, trade sales and acquisitions
- Preparing financial statements from client source records and completing supporting scheduled for management review
- Attending client meetings and travel to client sites, from time to time
- Guiding and advising trainees/junior staff members in the department, and delegating work that other individuals can undertake
- Chasing up any outstanding queries with clients and to “progress manage” assignments

Skills and experience you will have:

- Be a rounded individual with a broad client service experience
- Proven experience in an accounts role with technical knowledge
- Proven experience in project and advisory services
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Passionate about offering a high-quality service
- Proven experience using Xero, bookkeeping services and VAT Return preparation
- Friendly, and able to communicate clearly with both colleagues and clients
- Previous tax experience is desirable, but not essential, if you have this experience than an element of tax can be added to suit your skillset
- Proven experience in an accounts role with good technical knowledge
- Great time management
- An interest in sport and media
- Desire to develop and progress
