**Brampton Lodge Care Home is a 59 bed purpose built care home situated in Bridge Lane in the Appleton area of Warrington, Cheshire.**

**The Care home provides a high standard of care for 30 people living with dementia, 15 general nursing places and 14 intermediate care places. There is also a purpose built day centre attached to the building designed specifically for the purpose of a Day Centre with particular attention to the needs of people who will use it.**

**Requirements**:
**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Ensure the highest levels of care are maintained by supporting and assisting our residents, when required, for their personal care with washing, toileting, dressing, undressing, as well as all other aspects of their daily living.
- Liaise with trained nurses and home manager
- Motivate, guide and support others to develop
- Keep accurate records that are up to date and reflect the current needs of the residents
- Safely administering and recording of medication.
- Supervise and co-ordinate staff to ensure optimum individual and team performance as well as carry out 1:1 supervision meetings.
- Communicate regularly with families to ensure residents needs are met.
