QPSC Administrators are responsible for supporting the team in undertaking multi-professional quality and assurance within London and, amongst other workstreams, supporting the team in undertaking national-level training surveys.

**The main functions for this role will include**:

- Provide general administrative support to the QRI team where required.
- Support the Quality, Patient Safety and Commissioning Officers in collating and presenting relevant information and intelligence in preparation for quality reviews.
- Support the Learning Environment Quality Coordinator with the distribution of briefing papers in a timely manner in preparation for quality reviews.
- Provide administrative support to projects being undertaken across the team, including national-level surveys
- Provide administrative support in organising and minuting of high-profile meetings and events within the team and department.
- To aid in the development, improvement and operationalization of new and current workstreams across Quality Reviews, Intelligence and Regulation.

The main criteria used to assess your suitability for this role are as follows:

- Essential
- Desirable -Experience of working within health or education quality monitoring and assurance would be an advantage. Intermediate MS Excel skills and experience of taking notes or minutes of meetings would also be an advantage but are not essential.

You will be joining the enthusiastic and collaborative Quality, Reviews and Intelligence (QRI) sub-team within the Quality and Patient Safety and Commissioning (QPSC) department at HEE (London). The QRI team is responsible for ensuring that patient safety and quality are priorities for all healthcare education and training placement providers across London.

Salary Progression
Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 4 with a full-time starting salary of £23,949, with a pay step increase after 3 years’ service.

This is offered in accordance with NHS Terms and Conditions and is based on office location.
