The role will involve:

- A rotational role on both the Front of House and in the Communications office.
- Front of House - Being the first point of contact for patients, booking appointments, taking payments etc.
- Taking care of our patients while they wait for appointments - helping with forms, providing drinks, ensuring they are comfortable before their appointment.
- Working as part of a team to execute a first-class service.
- Ensuring the reception area and waiting room are kept tidy and clean throughout the day.
- Carrying out general administrative duties to ensure the effective running of the practice.
- This role will ultimately be situated at our Chesterfield site, but during the training period it will be necessary for you to be based at Matlock.
- There will also may be some requirement to travel between the two sites to provide cover as necessary.

**Hours**:
Monday: 08:30am -17:30pm

Tuesday: 08:30am
- 17:30pm

Wednesday: 08:30am - 17:30pm

Thursday: 08.30am - 17:30pm

Friday: 08:30 - 17:30pm

Saturdays: Approximately 1 Saturday per month (time in lieu can be taken in the week for this).

Full-time/Part-time position available (16-40 hours available).

**Location**:Springmount Dental & Aesthetics, Chesterfield & Matlock

**Salary**:From £22,300.

**Experience**:

- 3 years of work in customer service.
- Experience as Front of House preferred but not essential.

- GCSE or equivalent (required)
