As a crucial member of our Customer Success team based in the Milton Keynes office, your primary focus will be managing customer queries from inception to resolution. Engaging with business owners, managing directors, fleet managers, and finance professionals in small businesses, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals.

- Reactively managing fleet customers' account activities, emphasizing retention and renewals.
- Collaborating with various teams to meet annual churn targets.
- Delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
- Updating and managing the CRM tool for all customer issues.

**Location and Working Hours**:
This role is based at the **Milton Keynes** office, and you'll be expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance.

The working hours are **Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30**.

You will be required to attend the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home on the other days. Alternatively, you can choose to be office-based for the full five-day workweek.

**What You'll Need**:
To thrive in this role, you should be a reliable team player with the following:

- Reside within a practical commuting distance of Milton Keynes with full work rights.
- Previous experience in problem-solving to resolve customer queries and retain their business.
- A passion for learning and developing your skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and systems.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain focus, work effectively under pressure and deal with volume

**Highly Desirable**:

- Background in technical product and/or account management support.
- Passion for technology.
- Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM systems.
