**Clinic based Audiologist Job, Epping, basic £50,000, OTE £120,000, full time**

Superb new multi site clinic based Audiologist/RHAD prospect just launched offering market leading basic up to c.£50,000 and bonus earning potential with current colleagues already achieving £100k+ gross earnings

Uniquely this excellent prospect also enables the successful applicant to take control and tailor their working schedule to suit their personal preferences ensuring superb work life balance.

Additionally once installed into the position you will have the freedom to manage client appointments to match your personal working preferences and operate as a senior colleague within a small of dedicated health care professionals.

**Key Duties**
- Clinical/commercial opportunity working both client facing but also undertaking additional responsibilities to ensure the successful running and development of the business such as junior colleague training/supervision, monitoring business performance/KPIs, being proactive to promote hear care to the already established and still growing client base enabling a highly engaging and varied work schedule
- Currently the hear care service operates mid week only 5 days per week between hours of 9am to 5pm with flexible lunch breaks but for the new Audiologist entering this role there is the option to operate on weekends or evenings if preferred to suit the individual
- Presently the business operates with 1 hour consult times with 30 minutes for rehab appointments and regularly provide wax removal clinics on a half day per week basis but again there is flexibility to tailor the service delivery to suit your preferences
- You will also enjoy state of art facilities with sound proof booths and latest diagnostic and wax removal kits provided along with dedicated and highly trained support team

**Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements**
- All levels of experience considered as long as HCPC registered or eligible to register in the upcoming months
