**The Role**
As a Service Desk System Analyst, you will be responsible for providing fast and responsive 1st and 2nd line support to our 1000+ users working across 70 locations in the UK.
In this customer-facing role, you will order, install and configure IT equipment including desktop and notebook computers, printers, telephones and consumables, delivering an effective and professional service every time.
In addition, you will maintain accurate records and occasionally be required to undertake site visits across the UK.
**About You**
To join us as a Service Desk Analyst, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience of 1st and 2nd line IT support
- A good level of customer service skills
- The proven ability to write clearly, concisely and professionally for liaising with end-users and compiling technical documentation and instructions
- Good support knowledge of Windows 10
- Good support knowledge of Microsoft Office M365
- Experience of administering Active Directory Users and computers
- Experience of IP networking
- A full driving licence with the ability to travel to remote sites
This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am - 6pm, with core hours being 10am - 4pm. Due to the nature of our work and this post, there may be occasional out of hours and weekend work to meet the needs of the organisation,with time off in lieu claimable.
We are currently trialling a hybrid working scheme which will allow some homeworking as agreed with the Service Desk Manager.
The salary for this role is Grade 5.1.
