**Job description**:

- Collect and deliver internal and external mail and packages promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
- Ensure the Post Room operates in compliance with Unit Postal Standing Orders, Local Security Regulations, and JSP 367, including:

- Correct handling and distribution of classified and accountable items.
- Proper handling of Royal Mail, Defence Mail, and Courier deliveries.
- Compliance with regulations for internal and external mail dispatch. Liaise with civilian agencies, including Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and DMC.
- Provide guidance to Unit personnel regarding the correct usage of Official Mail services and address potential infringements.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the line management chain.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.
