We are seeking an organised and proactive **Scheduler** to plan and manage maintenance and construction works, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and excellent customer service.

**What you will be doing**:
- Plan and organise works to meet client targets, minimise downtime, and optimise resources.
- Handle internal and external inquiries, ensuring customer expectations are surpassed through dynamic adjustments.
- Track operatives' work accuracy and completion rates to provide performance insights.
- Foster a positive safety culture, monitor lone workers, and track operative activity throughout shifts.
- Prepare statistical and performance data using tools like Excel and internal systems.
- Work with colleagues to deliver an efficient repair and maintenance service within cost, time, and quality standards.
- Provide professional and high-quality communication, resolving inquiries efficiently and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Adjust schedules for leave, sickness, or unforeseen disruptions and liaise with clients or contractors as needed.
- Handle clerical tasks, correspondence, and document coordination for the team.
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience of using a computerised Scheduling or planning systems.
- Good planning skills
- Good customer care skills
- Willing to be proactive in the continuous improvement of a quality service
- Understanding of maintenance and operational activity
- Able to demonstrate initiative when dealing with situations and completing tasks.
