**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities that encourage development, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive space where children feel secure and valued.
- Monitor and evaluate children’s progress, maintaining thorough records and sharing insights with parents and carers.
- Promote children’s social, emotional, and personal growth, encouraging kindness and positive interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning environment.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals.
- Follow all safeguarding and health and safety guidelines and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or above) is essential.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years environment.
- Sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
- Eagerness to engage in ongoing professional learning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.43 per hour
