**Care Assistant - Days**

**Location**: Littlehampton

**Salary**:£9.50 - £9.80 per hour

Our client is looking to recruit Care Assistants, to work 12 hour shifts from 8am to 8pm on a shift rota basis. Full or part time positions are available.

**Benefits package includes enhanced pay rates for weekend, Bank Holiday and overtime working. As well as a paid DBS check, healthcare scheme and a £250.00 refer a friend scheme.**

**Role**:
As a Care Assistant you will work as part of a team providing high-quality person-centred care to the residents paying attention to their specific and individual needs, whilst creating a happy and safe environment within the home. The care team are dedicatedand have a genuine interest in those that they care for.

**About You**:
Whilst it is not necessary to have previous care experience, you must be able to demonstrate that you have a genuine interest in working with older people. You will need to have the ability to understand the needs of the residents, be compassionate and workwell as part of a team.
