Corus Consultancy is currently looking for experienced project workers to work on behalf of a well established client in Central London. My client provides support services to a range of vulnerable adults, with a range of mental health support needs withinsupported accommodation to help them build individual confidence and interpersonal skills. You will be working in the Westminster Area.
- Work 37.7 hours per week
- Monday - Sunday on a rota basis
- Shift times ( 8am - 8:30pm)
- 12.43 per hour

**In this position, you will be required to**
- Hold a caseload of key clients and conduct regular key working sessions.
- Support serviced users to develop necessary skills to sustain accommodation long term.
- Respond in a physically informed way to the challenges imposed by complex needs residents
- Build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders, including other teams within and other external teams such as the care teams.
- Experience working with vulnerable adults including mental health
- An understanding of how trauma and adversity have the potential to create re-occurring incidences of multiple disadvantages, homelessness and mental distress.
- Knowledge of the Care Act 2014.
- The ability to navigate complex mental health systems and specialties.
- An understanding the multiple issues that can lead to homelessness and how such experiences can impact service users.
