Move Specialist - Bournemouth - Salary up to £25,000 DOE plus bonus
Our client, a growing, yet leading business in their field, are currently looking to recruit a Move Specialist to join their team. They are looking for someone to put the customers at ease and sell a range of services to customers, leaving all customers delightedwith the service they have provided.
This role will be a hybrid role once training is completed.
**Duties**:

- Achieving and exceeding realistic sales targets for a capable, motivated sales professional.
- Ensure that the customers always experience outstanding levels of service
- Speaking to customers who have either pre-booked appointments or calling customers who will be expecting a call (never cold calling)
- Explaining to customers how they are helped throughout the move process
- Researching and finding appropriate services and tariffs
- Quickly respond to and deal effectively with any issues.

Experience Required:

- Previous sales experience required
- Previous customer service experience
- Customer centric and ethically minded
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
