Payroll Supervisor - Kingston Upon Thames (Hybrid) - £Negotiable ARM are delighted to be recruiting for a Payroll Supervisor to join their client, who is an established Global Leader in Engineering and Construction, for the Offshore & Onshore Energy Sector. **Responsibilities**: - Prepare payroll data for processing by payroll bureau on monthly basis - Monitor payroll changes, advances, starters leavers increase etc. - Monitor PAYEE taxation for UK based and seconded employees. - Respond to payroll enquiries and from employees and government offices. - Ensure the payroll element of oracle is continuously updated. - Audit and verify secondment labour and travel billings, with coding to an appropriate cost centres. - Assist Finance Department with allocation of labour costs, labour accruals and personal taxation accruals. - Provide management with monthly reports on labour costs, labour accruals and personal taxation accruals. **Requirements**: - Proven experience of leading a payroll function - Proven experience of managing end-to-end monthly and yearly inhouse payroll processes. - Experience of pensions administration - Has/is working towards a professional payroll qualification, or equivalent experience. - Good analytical and negotiation skills - High level IT literacy including strong excel and database skills - Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills This vacancy is being advertised by Advanced Resource Managers.
