**Job Title: Multi-Trade / Working Foreman**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects
- Carry out Project works 'on the tools' at various stages of projects
- Coordinate and schedule tasks to ensure efficient use of resources
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures on site
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and materials
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed on site
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and others to provide updates on progress and resolve any issues
- Perform hands-on construction work as needed to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on site in a construction-related field
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficient in various trades
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and materials
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry
