**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Oxford University Press is a department of the University of Oxford, which furthers the University’s objective of excellence in research, scholarship, and education by publishing worldwide. Our Education Division provides educational resources and solutions to teachers, parents, learners and institutions in the UK and in countries around the world.

We are currently recruiting for two Personal Assistant’s (PA):

- Supporting the Divisional Finance Director, Director of Strategy & Delivery, and Head of Communications
- Supporting the Divisional Global Product Director, Director of Digital Product Management, and Director of Education Services

Both roles are supporting members of our divisional board/senior leadership team (SLT), with global accountabilities and team members located around the world, and as such have complex diary commitments.

Key responsibilities:

- Proactively managing and updating diaries, with often challenging scheduling and short timelines
- Coordinating and booking all travel, transport and accommodation as and when necessary. This may include arranging overseas visitors itineraries
- Document formatting and editing as required (mainly Word and PowerPoint documents for formal SLT or Board meetings)
- Project co-ordination and other project related duties as necessary/required
- Coordinating key departmental meetings; booking meeting rooms, and taking minutes where relevant
- Managing expenses and invoice authorisations.
- Cover for other senior PA staff in the small head office team, as required
- Organising conferences, team meetings and internal communications events

We are thinking through how we use our offices in the future and are open to discussing flexibility within this such as a blend of office and home working.
